We are located accros the Troy University logoon.
The Pi Kappa Phi fraternity was the first to establish off campus housing at Troy University and we continue to set the standard.
Our housing situation is unique to Troy University. Working with our Alumni we have purchased an apartment complex that can house 16 brothers. The housing is a lot nicer than the dorm-style rooms found elsewhere on campus and provides a central location for brothers to call their own. The housing is within walking distance of the campus.
Adjacent to the apartments is our brand new Social Room (pictured below), which is the first of its kind at Troy University. The Alumni funded this project with donations. The social room provides a unique place for the brothers to gather and entertain guests with a new TV projector, pool table, surround sound system and a portable stage for band parties. There is a two level deck that over looks the university's lagoon.
